The Post
We wish to appoint a well-qualified, enthusiastic and experienced musician. The successful candidate will be asked to teach key stage 3 and there could be the opportunity to also teach GCSE and A-Level music for the right candidate. Applications are welcome from newly qualified and more experienced teachers. The post is for a permanent part time teacher.

We would like to appoint a Year Group Tutor to work with a Head of Year to ensure that students in a specific year group are ready to learn and that they behave and work well. We are looking for someone who will work actively with students, teachers and parents and therefore make a positive difference to young people.

The successful candidate will have pastoral experience, be able to build relationships in challenging circumstances, communicate clearly and accurately with staff, students, parents and visitors. Have an ability to work independently and proactively utilising strong time management and good organisational skills, a sense of humour, much patience and energy, and a genuine liking for young people. Finally a high level of emotional intelligence coupled with the ability to maintain confidentiality on all school matters.
