BEHAVIOUR SUPPORT ASSISTANT
Temporary until August 2018
32 hours per week
PCD7 (£20,661 to £21,268 per annum pro rata)
Term time plus Inset
We wish to appoint a Behaviour Support Assistant to work closely with teaching staff to implement behaviour support programmes with individuals and/or groups, in or out of the classroom. The postholder will be expected to participate in all aspects of behaviour management and promote a positive approach to learning for all students.
The successful candidate will have experience of working in a school environment or similar and preferably, experience of working with vulnerable students and/or those with challenging behaviour. We are looking for someone who is patient, resilient and totally committed to the welfare and success of all students.
