BBC Tour: MediacityUK Review
When I visited the BBC Studios it was a very educational tour with plenty of times to join in. It is a fun day for everyone, the tour guides are very friendly and will answer any question you could throw at them the best they can.
During the tour you will experience many things, such as, a BBC Radio Drama that will show you that not everything is computerised. In this part you are able to join in and make your own play. Another part of our tour presenting the news and weather. Visitors were also able to join in on various activities (we competed in a game of Question of Sport) although each tour varies slightly so other activities are possible.
If your dream job is journalism or if you are just very interested in TV or Radio then these tours are the thing to do. They show you amazing things such as the BBC Breakfast studio and how it is much smaller than it looks on tv (so the camera really does add 5 pounds!).
This experience is the tour to go on for a fun and educational time.
